Felony arrests
Supplying contraband — Amber Nicole Humphrey, 37, of the 2000 block of Finley Lane, Medford. Humphrey received a grand jury indictment from Jackson County Circuit Court Feb. 14 on charges of supplying contraband. Humphrey was lodged in Jackson County Jail on $14,000 bail.
Forgery — William Ellwood Martin, III, 54, of the 3000 block of Mullen Avenue, Clear Lake, California. Medford police arrested Martin Feb. 16 on multiple charges of first-degree forgery. Martin was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.
Theft — Conrado Everett Ortiz-Reedy, 31, of the 400 block of Laurel Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Ortiz-Reedy Feb. 16 on charges of first-degree theft and misdemeanor unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Ortiz-Reedy was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.
Failure to appear — Brian James Penner, 57, of the 800 block of West Second Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Penner Feb. 16 on a failure to appear warrant for driving under the influence of alcohol, providing false information to an officer and failure to register as a sex offender. No bail or release information was available.
Failure to appear — Travis Allen Tucker, 34, of the 3000 block of Edella Street, Central Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Tucker Feb. 16 on warrants for failure to appear on charges of second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree disorderly conduct. Tucker was not listed in jail records Monday.
Failure to appear — Peter Brennan, 45, of the 600 block of Cherry Street, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Brennan Friday on a failure to appear warrant for misdemeanor driving while suspended or revoked. Brennan was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.
Robbery — Brandon James Sesock, 37, of the 6000 block of Gem Road, Central Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Sesock Friday on charges of first-degree robbery, first-degree theft, second-degree robbery, second-degree kidnapping and felon in possession of a firearm. Sesock was lodged in jail without bail.
Failure to appear — Jamie Cassandra Parazoo, 33, of the 2000 block of Ball Road, Eagle Point. Oregon State Police arrested Parazoo Friday on a failure to appear warrant for second-degree theft. Parazoo was not listed in jail records Monday.
Failure to appear — Randy Allen Purcell, Jr., 32, of Bellevue, Washington. Medford police arrested Purcell Friday on a failure to appear warrant for second-degree disorderly conduct. Purcell was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.
Criminal mischief — Michael Travis Ninneman, 37, of the 800 block of Columbine Way, Central Point. Medford police arrested Ninneman Friday on charges of first-degree criminal mischief, unlawful use of a weapon, menacing and reckless endangering. Ninneman was not listed in jail records Monday.
Theft, failure to appear — Ronald Lee Kilcollins, 58, of the 1000 block of West Main Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Kilcollins Friday on charges of first-degree theft, second-degree theft and giving false information to a police officer. Kilcollins was also arrested on numerous failure to appear warrants for first-degree theft, identity theft and unlawful entry into a motor vehicle. Kilcollins was lodged in jail without bail.
Failure to appear — Cassandra Ellen Simpson, 36, of the 1000 block of Olympic Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Simpson Friday on failure to appear warrants on charges of felony unlawful possession of heroin, unlawful possession of methamphetamine, first-degree theft, third-degree theft and second-degree criminal trespass. Simpson was lodged in jail without bail.
Criminal mischief — Matthew Lee Tibbett, 43, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Tibbett Friday on charges of first-degree criminal mischief, second-degree burglary and second-degree theft. Tibbett was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.
Failure to appear — Casey Miles Thompson, 44, of the 600 block of Shadow Wood Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Thompson Friday on failure to appear warrants for unlawful possession of methamphetamine, contempt of court, second-degree criminal mischief, menacing, second-degree disorderly conduct, mail theft, second-degree theft and first-degree theft. Thompson was lodged in jail without bail.
Failure to appear — Jackson Allen Hamilton, 45, of the 2000 block of Siskiyou Boulevard, Ashland. Ashland police arrested Hamilton Friday on failure to appear warrants on charges of misdemeanor fourth-degree assault and harassment. Hamilton was not listed in jail records Monday.
Failure to appear — Pohlikah Donald Lewis, 27, of the 500 block Genoa Street, Weed, California. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Lewis Friday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of menacing and second-degree criminal trespass. Lewis was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.
Failure to appear — Burton Scott Moreno, 37, of the 700 block of East Main Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Moreno Friday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of menacing-domestic abuse, misdemeanor domestic abuse and second-degree disorderly conduct. Moreno was not listed in jail records Monday.
Trespass — Justin Ray Kniffen, 57, no known address. Medford police arrested Kriffen Friday on charges of first-degree criminal trespass and menacing. Kriffen was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.
Failure to appear — Jonathan Zachary Frohreich, 33, of the 500 block of Alice Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Frohreich Friday on failure to appear warrants for unlawful possession of heroin felony and misdemeanor. Frohreich was lodged in jail without bail.
Failure to appear — Adam Joseph Jansen, 34, 200 N. Riverside Avenue, Medford. Ashland police arrested Jansen Friday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree criminal trespass. Jansen was not listed in jail records Monday.
Fugitive — Micah Amiel Herrera, 43, of the 1400 block of Hillcourt Street, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Herrera Friday on a felony warrant as a fugitive in Washington. Herrera was lodged in jail without bail.
Car theft, weapons — Gerald Andrew Fath, 37, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Fath Friday on charges of felon in possession of a stolen motor vehicle, felon in possession of a firearm, unlawful possession of firearm or silencers. Fath was lodged in jail without bail.
Failure to appear — Taylor Anne Dickson, 30, of the 8000 block of Iverness Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Dickson Saturday on failure to appear warrants for charges of unlawful possession of methamphetamine, harassment, resisting arrest, assault on a police officer and second-degree criminal trespass. Dickson was lodged in jail without bail.
Failure to report, failure to appear — Nikki Jane Smith, 38, of 2400 block of North Pacific Highway, Medford. Medford police arrested Smith Saturday for failure to report as a sex offender misdemeanor. Smith was also wanted for failure to appear warrants on charges of supplying contraband, unlawful possession of heroin, failure to report as a sex offender misdemeanor and felony. Smith was lodged in jail without bail.
Strangulations, failure to appear — Alvaro Haro, 34, of the 7000 block of Rocio Drive, White City. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Haro Saturday on charges of felony strangulation domestic abuse, harassment domestic violence, contempt of court for violation of a no-contact order, third-degree criminal mischief, interfering with making a police report and misdemeanor failure to report as a sex offender. Haro was also wanted on a failure to appear warrant on charges of fourth-degree assault domestic abuse. Haro was lodged in jail without bail.
Sexual abuse — James Jones, 39, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Jones Saturday on a charge of first-degree sexual abuse. Jones was lodged in jail without bail.
Failure to appear — Fletcher Lee Crandall, 33, of the 2000 block of Connell Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Crandall Sunday on failure to appear warrants on charges of first-degree theft, third-degree theft and second-degree criminal trespass. Crandall was lodged in jail without bail.
Failure to appear — Marcus Allen Fulton, 33, no known address. Medford police arrested Fulton Sunday on failure to appear warrants on charges of felony possession of heroin, attempting to elude police by vehicle, reckless driving, interfering with police or probation officer, resisting arrest, unlawful use of a vehicle, second-degree criminal trespass, second-degree disorderly conduct. Fulton was lodged in jail without bail.
Trespass, failure to appear — Justin William Keaton, 50, 800 block of S. Royal Ave., White City. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Keaton Sunday on charges of second-degree criminal trespass and third-degree theft. Keaton was also arrested on warrants for failure to appear on charges of first-degree criminal trespass and second-degree theft. Keaton was lodged in jail without bail.
Strangulation — Shannon Patrick Reed, 38, no known address. Central Point police arrested Reed Sunday on a charge of felony strangulation domestic abuse. Reed was not listed in jail records Monday.
