* WHAT...Snow expected. Snow accumulations of 2 to 5 inches above
2000 feet. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph over exposed
terrain.
* WHERE...Jackson County above 2000 feet, including portions of
I- 5 south of Ashland, portions of State Route 238 between
Jacksonville and Applegate, and portions of Highway 62 between
Trail and Prospect and including the cities of Prospect and
Butte Falls.
* WHEN...Until 11 AM PDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous
conditions could impact the commute this morning.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Roads will remain wet in snow showers into
this evening. The best chance for snow to accumulate on roads
will be during the night, especially in heavier showers after
midnight tonight until 9 AM PDT Saturday.
